About The Position
The Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant is responsible for drawing and collecting blood, urine, and tissue samples from patients under direct supervision. This role involves verifying records and preparing specimens for laboratory analysis. The Phlebotomist may also perform in-house laboratory services such as UA dips, HA1C, blood glucose monitoring, and coagulant levels, among others. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance protocols.
