Responsibilities
- Post insurance payments accurately and timely in the practice management system
- Review and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and variances as identified
- Complete insurance audits and assist with payer requests and reconciliations
- Perform CBS and contractual adjustments in accordance with payer contracts and internal policies
- Process insurance refunds and overpayments in compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines
