Responsibilities: This role is an operational and technical analyst, supporting the revenue cycle functions of Northwestern Medicine. The Revenue Cycle Senior Analyst position will partner with hospital and professional billing business owners across the revenue cycle to identify and analyze the root cause of user and system issues, develop efficient workflows, and implement technology solutions within the revenue cycle's operating systems. Addendum 2 – Revenue Cycle Senior Analyst, Power Automate Programming Ability to complete training and certification requirements for Microsoft Power Automate within 6months of hire date. Willingness to manage automation flows independently to their ultimate success, includingimplementation and management. Ability to assist others on the team and organization with automation options and resolvingautomation issues. Proven history of automation programming and process improvement experience, preferred.
