About The Position

Performs quality assurance reviews for all MCI Revenue Cycle departments ( All Pre-Registration, Clinic and Treatment Authorizations, and Billing) following HIPAA, AHCA, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines.

Requirements

• Associates degree is required.
• Two years minimum experience in a health care environment with knowledge of the revenue cycle (All Pre-Registration, Treatment and Clinic Authorizations, Billing, etc.).
• Experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Office 365, Microsoft Office products MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, etc.
• Must be very detail oriented, self-motivated and have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to effectively maintain multiple initiatives while driving sustainable operational changes.
• Demonstrate flexibility to perform other tasks as needed in an active work environment with changing work needs.
• Fosters and exemplifies high ethical standards and strategic practices to enhance the success of the organization.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software tools.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Self-motivation with an ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills in both customer and team interactions.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding work reviewed during audits.
• Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred.
