How you’ll make an impact in this role Skills/Experience: Experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager PMI or PMP certification strongly preferred ServiceNow experience preferred Action oriented, ability to bring team members together to reach a common goal and drive progress forward Ability to monitor & track project progress, document issues and risks, & escalate when necessary to keep project on track Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software Hands-on Project Manager experience required Revenue Cycle Project Management experience required, e.g., Patient Scheduling/Registration or Coding/HIM/Billing Bachelor's degree required, degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred Additional desired qualifications: Experience coaching/mentoring PMs in managing project schedules, budgets, and risks/issues Experience monitoring and driving project quality for a team of PMs Experience newly hired PMs in PMO process What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Requirements

Experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager
Action oriented
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
Hands-on Project Manager experience required
Revenue Cycle Project Management experience required, e.g., Patient Scheduling/Registration or Coding/HIM/Billing
Bachelor's degree required, degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

PMI or PMP certification strongly preferred
ServiceNow experience preferred
Experience coaching/mentoring PMs in managing project schedules, budgets, and risks/issues

Experience newly hired PMs in PMO process
