The Revenue Cycle Medical Billing - Self-Pay - Patient Advocate Call Team is responsible for ensuring proper documentation for accurate patient billing along with providing empathetic and professional customer service in an active call center environment. This position is bonus eligible and offers a training schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central. The work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hours a day, totaling 40 hours a week.
