About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Manager contributes to AHF by advancing the missions of AHF's Revenue Cycle Department by overseeing regional revenue cycle operations across multiple Healthcare Centers (HCCs), with a specialized focus on high-dollar injectable therapies and medical billing. Assigned to a designated region, the Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end revenue cycle management ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing and reimbursement processes. The role has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations, supporting alignment between clinical pharmacy services and revenue cycle strategy. The Revenue Cycle Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by being financially responsible, patient-centered, and operationally efficient. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. The Revenue Cycle Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle for assigned HCCs within the region, including registration, eligibility verification, charge capture, coding, billing, collections, and payment posting and reconciliation. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations, Revenue Cycle Director and Managers, DOM, Managed Care, and Third Party Contracting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • CPC preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional revenue cycle operations across multiple Healthcare Centers (HCCs).
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing and reimbursement processes.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations, Revenue Cycle Director and Managers, DOM, Managed Care, and Third Party Contracting.
