About The Position
The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue cycle functions at Heart of Florida Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role is essential for ensuring the efficient flow of revenue through patient registration, billing, coding, accounts receivable management, and collections. The manager will lead the billing team, enhance revenue cycle operations, ensure compliance with FQHC regulations, and maximize reimbursements from various payment sources.
