Join Amazon Healthcare Finance Operations Services as a Revenue Cycle Manager focused on transforming healthcare financial operations. In this role, you will serve as a key leader in optimizing revenue cycle management, with particular emphasis on front end revenue cycle processes and customer excellence. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative programs to enhance front-end financial processes, including intake, insurance verification, and point-of-service collections.   • Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of revenue cycle initiatives, focusing primarily on enhancing front-end efficiency, accuracy, and automation capabilities.
  • Build strong operational partnerships and leverage data analytics to identify process defects that contribute to denials.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to eliminate challenges in the revenue cycle.
  • Improve the customer financial experience through targeted excellence initiatives.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of new front-end tools and contribute to emerging AI initiatives.
  • Explore the use of robotic process engineering (RPA) to remove low value work tasks.
  • Develop and execute detailed process improvement plans emphasizing standardization, scalability, and automation.
  • Enhance time-of-service collections, reduce claim denials, improve customer satisfaction metrics, and minimize bad debt write-offs.
  • Represent accounts receivable interests in upstream projects and partner with business stakeholders on optimization efforts.
  • Develop strategic recommendations to support ongoing system design and automation initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to analyze data drivers, develop comprehensive insights, and present clear, actionable findings to key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
  • 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience.
  • 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience.
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business.
  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan.
  • 6+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience in a hospital or physician provider setting.
  • 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
