About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Applications Specialist at CliniSanitas is responsible for providing support and training for the eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR and practice management solution. This role involves troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and ensuring effective billing processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCW, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to simplify complex information for end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Health Science, or related field or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing end-user application training or training support.
• At least 2 years of experience with eClinicalWorks or other EHR systems.
• Expert-level computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and billing workflow knowledge.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial claims processing.
• Thorough knowledge of ICD, CPT, HCPC coding and ability to read EOB/ERAs.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in a second language is preferred.
• Experience with Payer and Clearinghouse portals.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to the RCM, Billing, and Front End Operations team users.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and provide support for integrated EMR-PM/RCM solutions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Applications and RCM team members for proper system build and billing setup.
• Train end-users on using eClinicalWorks software based on their workflows.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with provider offices and recommend workflow improvements.
• Understand month-end reporting and analyze reimbursement trends and patterns of denials.
• Maintain Charge Masters and Payers Fee Schedules in conjunction with the Revenue Cycle Manager.
• Respond to eCW billing questions from RCM and end-users.
• Troubleshoot issues related to eCW Billing modules and EMR clinical system issues.
• Assist in developing training materials, policies, and procedures for the EHR system.
