This is a hybrid role, with in-office time being required each week, from any of our Northeast Kingdom locations. The Revenue Cycle Associate ensures timely and accurate claims processing, revenue cycle management, and compliance with insurance guidelines and coding standards. They possess deep knowledge of medical and dental procedures, coding systems, and payer requirements, alongside strong communication skills. Acting as a bridge between clinical staff, front office, and payers, the Revenue Cycle Associate plays a key role in optimizing reimbursement, resolving billing issues, and supporting the financial health of the practices.
