Under the direction of the System Director, Revenue Cycle Billing, Collections and Denial Resource Center, the Revenue Cycle Partnership Consultant serves as a strategic liaison for the assigned centralized revenue cycle functions. This role partners closely with operational leaders to identify day-to-day operational challenges and proactively reengineer functional revenue cycle workflows to improve efficiency, consistency and financial performance for partner entities utilizing BSWH’s centralized revenue cycle infrastructure. This role acts as an internal advisor and problem‑solver for Billing, Collections, and the Denial Resource Center, responsible for capturing and synthesizing recurring performance challenges, operational barriers, workflow gaps, and system limitations. The role leads and supports cross‑functional problem resolution by coordinating stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives, and project‑managing solutions to ensure timely resolution and sustained adherence to operational performance standards. In partnership with Revenue Cycle Performance leadership, the Consultant supports the design, implementation, and optimization of standardized workflows to ensure functional teams consistently meet BSWH revenue cycle performance expectations. This role also supports performance reporting, issue escalation, and executive‑level communication for partner entity leadership.
