About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Epic Info Analyst - Professional Billing role at Tampa General Hospital focuses on implementing best practices in healthcare revenue cycle operations. Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and Epic implementations.
• Equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides necessary skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices at customer billing office locations.
• Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Conduct revenue cycle assessments and workflow process improvements.
• Align processes with Epic and support new implementations of Epic billing.
• Act as a liaison between revenue cycle and IT, supporting customers throughout the revenue cycle.
• Support analysis, implementation, evaluation, optimization, and maintenance of revenue cycle applications.
• Conduct workflow analysis to improve the use of revenue cycle information systems.
• Respond to customer requests and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Demonstrate effective interactions and positive interpersonal skills to maximize productivity.
• Support customer access to operational revenue cycle reports.
