About The Position
This position is currently a hybrid schedule. Oversees all Cerner Revenue Cycle applications; providing proactive analysis, workflow recommendations, and technical design in a highly integrated environment. This position requires a full understanding of the architecture of each application, and the ability to define and implement integration efforts across venues. In addition to managing daily application support, this role will serve in a consultative manner working with systems analysts, business office staff, and hospital administration to design efficient workflows that improve revenue generation across the organization. This role must also provide comprehensive data analytics and should follow current trends in healthcare finance to design and implement reports, in collaboration with Executive Management, that support financial metrics and key performance indicators. An intricate understanding of the Cerner database build is needed to provide thorough recommendations, troubleshooting and issue resolution, design, build, and maintenance of the Cerner EMR solutions across the organization.
