About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for assisting the Reimbursement Director in analyzing all aspects of the Revenue Cycle and Finance. This includes Governmental Reimbursement, Managed Care Contracting & Analysis, and the performance of the Business Office & Registration areas. The role also involves the completion of various Medicare and Medicaid surveys and reports. The analyst must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration related field required.
• One to three years of healthcare financial analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare Cost reports and other government surveys and reports preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Analytical skills required.
• Epic Contract Management Certification required (can be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Reimbursement Director in analyzing all aspects of the Revenue Cycle and Finance.
