Make a Difference The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for developing, deploying, and aligning analytic solutions to support revenue cycle operations. This role requires expertise in data visualization and reporting, transforming data into actionable insights, and presenting those insights effectively. The analyst will collaborate across departments, lead projects, and ensure data integrity while delivering meaningful analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Three (3) or more years in a business or financial analyst role required.
  • Intermediate SQL, data visualization, and analysis experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Epic Hyperspace).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare analytic experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in revenue management, patient financial services, and/or health information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver reports that meet hospital and physician business requirements; provide training on report generation.
  • Analyze financial and revenue cycle performance data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and execute ongoing and ad-hoc reporting for leadership teams.
  • Develop meaningful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Epic Hyperspace.
  • Extract and validate data using complex SQL queries; optimize query performance.
  • Provide end-user support and assist with data requests.
  • Manage medium to large-scale projects, including timelines and stakeholder communication.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide training as needed.
