Join our spectacular Gifford Team as a Revenue Cycle Analyst and be directly involved in the improvement of our Hospital! The Revenue Cycle Analyst supports the Informatics Manager and works closely with team members to develop, implement, and optimize system solutions related to registration, coding, and patient accounting. This role serves as a key resource for technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues while maintaining a working knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including charge production and reconciliation. The analyst collaborates with end users and vendors to address system concerns, ensures proper change management, and contributes to the build and implementation of approved updates. Responsibilities include identifying trends, recommending system enhancements, managing components of EHR updates, and supporting best practices through education and workflow guidance.
