This role serves as a key resource for technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues while maintaining a working knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including charge production and reconciliation. The analyst collaborates with end users and vendors to address system concerns, ensures proper change management, and contributes to the build and implementation of approved updates. Responsibilities include identifying trends, recommending system enhancements, managing components of EHR updates, and supporting best practices through education and workflow guidance.
