Clarity RCM is a rapidly growing medical billing company dedicated to providing comprehensive revenue cycle and account management for private dermatology practices nationwide. We're searching for a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and personable Revenue Cycle Account Managers to join our remote team. This is a crucial role requiring a professional who can blend expert technical knowledge with exceptional client-facing skills.   • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and providing timely, professional updates on all aspects of the revenue cycle via scheduled calls, video meetings, and email.
  • Manage and monitor the client's accounts receivable (AR) by overseeing claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
  • Identify payer trends, resolve discrepancies, and ensure financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Proactively analyze key revenue data, track client activity against financial goals, and prepare detailed, accurate reports.
  • Communicate AR variances and propose proactive measures and resolutions to the client.
  • Work closely with remote billing, coding, and credentialing teams to resolve complex issues, including credentialing and EDI support, payment discrepancies, and credit balances.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Proven experience with ModMed, EZDerm, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Demonstrable expertise in medical billing, coding, and credentialing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Prior experience with dermatology billing and coding is highly preferred.
  • Experience with DrChrono and Nextech is a plus.
