About The Position

The Revenue Coordinator supports the Revenue Manager in maximizing rental revenue and profitability across a multi-property portfolio. This role focuses on assisting with inventory management, pricing strategies, and rate audits to ensure accurate and competitive positioning across all distribution channels. This is a detail-oriented, analytical support role ideal for someone looking to grow within revenue management, pricing, or hospitality analytics , while working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

One to two years of related experience.
High school diploma or GED; and one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Team-oriented with solid interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiasm, energy, and self-confidence.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Assist the Revenue Manager with pricing strategies and inventory restrictions.
Track daily inventory movement to help maximize rental availability and profitability.
Conduct daily rate shops of the defined competitive set and audit rate parity across distribution channels.
Review online booking channels from the consumer perspective to ensure rates are displaying accurately.
Load and update rates in CSD and Resort Solutions systems.
Perform audits in CSD and Resort Solutions to confirm correct rate display.
Generate reports, as directed by the Revenue Manager, to support inventory and pricing decisions.
Other duties as assigned
