About The Position

We are looking for a Revenue Audi Supervisor to join our team. This person will report to the Controller.

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum (1) year in public area cleaning.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid PA Drivers License
• Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of revenue auditors, overseeing the examination of financial records and gaming operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor audit programs and work plans to ensure the integrity of revenue reporting across gaming platforms.
• Conduct forensic auditing and investigative techniques to detect accounting irregularities and instances of non-compliance.
• Evaluate accounting problems through the application of auditing principles and the interpretation of state regulations and internal control frameworks.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive audit reports, communicating findings and recommendations for corrective action to senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members, conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for documenting findings and interacting with staff at all levels.
• Shift-based role including weekends, nights, and holidays.
