Grand Casino Hinckley Revenue Audit Manager DEPARTMENT: Finance REPORTS TO: VP of Finance Ensure Accuracy. Protect Integrity. Support Financial Confidence. The Revenue Audit Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of revenue reporting across Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Hinckley. This role leads revenue audit operations, ensures compliance with Gaming Commission regulations, and maintains accurate, timely financial reporting that supports operational and regulatory requirements. As a leader within Finance, this role partners across departments to monitor financial activity, strengthen internal controls, and ensure revenue processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (preferred)
  • 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in Gaming industry (required)
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial accounting/audit experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit processes, and internal controls
  • Must be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)
  • Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s)
  • Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Manual dexterity to operate a computer, office equipment, and technology systems efficiently Ability to speak, hear, and communicate clearly
  • Work Environment Work is performed primarily in an office environment with regular interaction across Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley properties This role requires regular travel between properties to support operational needs Work involves handling confidential and sensitive matters requiring professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Audit + Compliance Oversight Ensure accurate and timely completion of revenue audits in compliance with Gaming Commission regulations, federal and state tax laws, and internal policies Monitor financial activity across operations to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control standards Partner with Internal Audit, External Audit, Compliance, and Investigations on audit activities and findings Identify audit risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained
  • Financial Reporting + Accuracy Direct the preparation and reporting of all revenue-related financial information Ensure timely and accurate completion of journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue reporting Oversee preparation and submission of required tax documentation Maintain accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all revenue and balance sheet accounts
  • Team Leadership + Development Lead, coach, and develop Revenue Accounting and Revenue Systems Audit teams Manage hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and career development Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment Provide clear expectations, feedback, and ongoing support to team members
  • Systems + Process Management Oversee systems utilized by revenue-generating departments to ensure accuracy and functionality Resolve audit and system-related issues and implement sustainable solutions Develop and maintain tools, reports, and spreadsheets to support audit and reporting processes Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Analysis + Operational Insight Analyze financial data and audit results to identify trends, discrepancies, and risks Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial controls and operational performance Support leadership with information needed to ensure sound financial decision-making
  • Collaboration + Organizational Impact Partner with operational and finance leaders across properties to support compliance and revenue accuracy Lead departmental meetings and facilitate communication across teams Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of accountability and integrity
