ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Audit and record revenues from the casino management system. Audit according to established revenue reporting parameters in accordance with internal control standards. Record daily business revenues for casino hotel, retail and other business as required. Record all casino software system discrepancies and explanations of discrepancies. Balance all daily deposits including but not limited to slots, card games, promotions, taxable withholding, retail, hotel, and other business as required. Review forms and/or paperwork from gaming cashiers, retail cashiers and vault. This review may include audit according to internal control standards. May be required to balance daily reports for the c-store, hotel, restaurant prior to submission to management. Balance employee tips recorded by cash operations. Balance all daily deposits including but not limited to Slots, Bingo, Table Games, Promotions, hotel and retail outlets. Review and reconcile end of shift reporting for Cage Cashiers, ensuring accuracy with the Vault deposit. Maintain and reconcile fills, credits, and voids for Table games to perform cross checks of Soft Count and Money Room Vault daily deposits, to ensure assets are verified to the highest degree of accuracy Run reports from casino-based management system to verify assets from Soft Count, Money Room Vault and Accounting, to ensure accuracy of all deposits. Audits to be completed within five days Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. Other duties as assigned by the Revenue Audit Manager.
