Requirements

  • 10+ years related experience in Revenue / Technical Accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience with SaaS / Technology industry preferred.
  • CPA with Big 4 experience preferred.
  • A highly productive self-starter with very strong work ethic.
  • Strong accountability and detail oriented; prepares accurate and timely work product.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive, and be a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and messaging skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
  • Capable of moving between a variety of roles with ease with working with cross functional teams.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, Apttus, and experience using Workday and RPA.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts in Revenue Accounting, Deal Structuring, and Sales Commissions to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Revenue Accounting function.
  • Drive projects and workstreams across both Accounting and Finance, focusing on closing critical gaps.
  • Help the leadership team balance the implementation of change initiatives and the maintenance of business-as-usual activities.
  • Identify process gaps across sites, while identifying solutions and a path to closure.
  • Keep the Revenue Accounting organization moving forward on critical workstreams despite anticipated business disruptions.
