About The Position

The Revenue Analyst I supports the organization’s charge reconciliation activities to ensure accurate, complete, and timely charge capture across assigned clinical departments. This role serves as a key member of the revenue cycle team, reviewing charge activity, identifying discrepancies, collaborating with clinical and operational partners, and assisting in resolving issues that impact billing accuracy and revenue integrity. The Revenue Analyst I provides essential support for maintaining compliance and efficient charge capture workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in economics, mathematics, business administration, accounting, finance, healthcare business related fields or statistics; OR High School diploma and 4 year’s relevant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of coding, billing and compliance practices.
• Strong investigational skills, shows attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Independently organizes work plan for assigned projects within team structure.
• Demonstrates effective communication and basic presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and develop constructive working relationships with others.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification Preferred.
• Prefer knowledge of revenue recognition systems and practice billing systems.
