Purpose Manage the full operational revenue cycle for the firm. Responsibilities Leadership and Direction Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance. Provide oversight and direction of department or business unit including strategy, budgeting, staff, and deliverables. At the Operational and Company Level Demonstrate and ensure conformance with company philosophy, policies, and procedures. Do the Work Value Contract Assets and Contract Liabilities, record associated revenue adjustments in accordance with ASC 606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers. Reconcile the Project Ledger to the General Ledger. Lead, direct, and develop the Regional Project Accounting team(s) on project setup, invoicing, collections, and cash applications (complete Revenue Cycle). Lead the budgeting efforts on project costs at completion, and work with IT and Operations on further enhancements to the project budgeting systems and processes. Support the Financial Audit and Review activities by providing contract support and evidence for selections as requested. Coordinate the client A/R confirmation process. Assist with the preparation of revenue disclosures for SEC reporting, including disaggregation of Revenue and the Analysis of Bad Debt. Assist with valuations, due diligence, and system migrations of acquisitions, as needed. Success Metrics and Competencies Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
