About The Position
Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant. This role will focus on revenue recognition, billing, and supporting the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger accounting experience and a solid background in revenue and billing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Revenue and billing experience a plus
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures.
- Proficiency with ERP accounting systems and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly revenue recognition.
- Manage client billing processes accurately and timely.
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assist in variance analysis and financial reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve billing and revenue workflows.
- Support audits and provide requested documentation.
