About The Position

EliseAI is looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Architect to own and evolve our Salesforce environment and connected commercial tech stack. In this role, you’ll design scalable processes, architect integrations, and ensure Salesforce is a reliable, strategic platform that empowers our Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be both a hands-on builder and a technical advisor, helping EliseAI scale its go-to-market operations.

Requirements

  • Proven Salesforce Admin / Architect experience at a fast-growing SaaS company (Salesforce certifications a strong plus).
  • Track record of owning Salesforce environments end-to-end: configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Experience managing and iterating on CPQ (Salesforce RCA a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Sales processes, GTM operations, and SaaS revenue workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations and data management across multiple systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce architecture principles and ability to design scalable, future-proof solutions.
  • SQL or equivalent data querying skills a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and independently driving initiatives.
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Own the configuration, customization, and ongoing management of Salesforce; including building and maintaining automations, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Define Salesforce best practices and data governance standards.
  • Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and key tools (HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, IronClad, Clay, etc.)
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, owning the full lifecycle from design and build through rollout and support.
  • Lead Salesforce training for new and existing employees, empowering teams to fully leverage the platform to drive business results.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems through robust architecture and automated processes.
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders and Revenue Operations to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions.
