About The Position

The Returns Support position specializes in providing customer service for customers and internal staff. Approving and entering return requests from customers, answering phone calls from customers. Pay: $17.50 Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred Experience: One year of previous office related work Training - Minimum of one month on the job training required

Requirements

  • Ability to give special attention to detail required.
  • Must have ability to identify letters and numbers
  • Must have computer and data entry skills
  • Must have ability to problem solve
  • Must adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • The individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction
  • Must have ability to orally communicate with customers, co-workers, supervisors and other employees
  • One year of previous office related work
  • Minimum of one month on the job training required

Responsibilities

  • Approve / Enter return requests
  • Answer customer phone calls
  • Issue customer credits
  • Oversee Daily Transfer
  • Answer Emails in a timely fashion
  • Research customer credit issues
  • Handle misc. territory issues
  • Issue Misc. territory accounting credits
  • Scan RGA Weekly
  • Misc. projects as needed
