About the position

The Returns Specialist at Gofo Inc is responsible for managing the return process of shipments, ensuring efficient handling of returned items, and providing effective communication with customers. This role requires strong communication skills, particularly in Chinese, and a customer service-oriented mindset to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to returns.

Responsibilities

• Handle returned shipments, ensuring the return process is smooth and properly recorded.
• Communicate with customers over the phone to understand the reason for returns and offer solutions based on company policies.
• Track the progress of returns and address any issues or concerns raised by customers, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter return-related information into the system and generate reports on return activity for management review.
• Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the return process is efficient.
• Provide excellent customer service, manage customer feedback, and address complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Basic proficiency in English for work-related communication.
• Experience in returns handling or customer service is a plus, with a good understanding of return processes.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks and ensure accuracy.
• A strong customer service mindset with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• High school diploma or above.
