Requirements

• Experience with electronic devices, electromechanical systems, or access control products.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency with return management or ERP systems.
• Observant, organizational, and possess basic technical skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Desire to expand knowledge and continue improving.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Daily administration of the Salesforce tickets.
• Troubleshoot returned hardware.
• Prepare reports and credits.
• Complete courses on current products and solutions to stay up to date with company needs.
• full-time on-site presence with opportunity for partial remote work after the training period.
