About The Position

The Returns Coordinator at Bob's Discount Furniture plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of systems and processes during the delivery team's operations. Requirements

• Ability to multi-task competing priorities.

• Effective communication skills, including reading and writing detailed instructions.
• Working knowledge of Excel; SAP knowledge is desired but not necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recognize and diagnose trends and patterns in inventory transaction data.
• Flexibility to work hours determined by departmental needs, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Log and perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments in real time while releasing delivery teams using updated release procedures.
• Resolve systemic-to-physical inventory inaccuracies through all stages of depot handling, delivery, and reverse logistics movements.
• Review and resolve discrepancies within complex customer accounts and ensure associated inventory movements are performed with accuracy.
• Complete manual-override warehouse processes to simulate return, picking, shipping, and depot loading transactions for escalated customer issues.
• Review and resolve Store/Accounting/Customer Care requests to PGI / PGR documentation.
• Sustain working knowledge of all procedures and policies for system interface and customer account management.
• Provide regular feedback to Returns Coordination Lead/Manager.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as required.
