About The Position

The Returns Processor is responsible for receiving, processing, and stocking customer returns with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. This role requires daily navigation on the computer, operation of an RF scanner, and the ability to manage product returns and disposals effectively. The position is located in Lithia Springs, GA, with standard work hours from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. The hourly rate starts at $19.00, increasing to $20.66 after 12 months.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
• High degree of analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of PkMS software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer returns expeditiously.
• Print required receiving reports daily.
• Operate an RF scanner.
• Apply case ID labels on each product received.
• Separate products by zone and distribute/move to the proper zone.
• Restock products to designated areas.
• Designate and store products to be returned to the vendor if applicable.
• Designate and dispose of products that need to be discarded.
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the receiving department.
• Receive damaged items from the warehouse and process them for return to vendor or disposal.
• Cross-train to perform other duties in the warehouse as needed.
