About The Position

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements

• Must have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the total operation of the store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Control expenses.
• Manage shrink and inventory control.
• Oversee merchandising.
• Staff the store effectively.
• Handle setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store.
