About The Position

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Manager at Spencer's / Spirit Halloween
• Prior retail management experience
• Minimum age requirement of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
