About The Position

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

Requirements

• Must have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position
• Minimum age requirement is 16 years
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in setup and teardown of the seasonal store
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
• Generate sales and assist in merchandising
• Perform sign waving and general housekeeping
• Handle pricing and POS operations
• Assist in loss prevention efforts
