About The Position

As we begin planning for the 2026–2027 school year, all returning staff members are required to complete the Returning Staff Application. This application is a critical part of our staffing and planning process and must be completed by all returning staff, including those who have already applied to a new role for next year. Who should complete this application All current Ethos Classical staff members who are interested in returning for the 2026–2027 school year Staff who have applied or plan to apply for a different role next year Staff who would like to be considered for continued placement in their current role Important timeline Returning offer letters will be issued on a rolling basis from January 15 through March 31 Completing this application ensures you are considered during this window What we review in this process Returning staff applications are reviewed using multiple data points, including: Performance against role-specific frameworks Attendance and reliability Alignment to Ethos values and expectations Professional growth, reflection, and coachability School and team needs for the upcoming year Submitting this application does not guarantee a returning offer, but it is required to be considered for continued employment for the 2026–2027 school year.
