About The Position
This application is for applicants who worked for SSC in Summer 2025. Generally speaking we will not require an interview for returning applicants, unless they are applying for a promotion. Spartans Sports Camp is dedicated to providing an encouraging and positive environment that aids the development of its campers as both children and athletes. In the course of this goal, we intend to promote an active, healthy lifestyle for campers and to provide leadership opportunities for high school and college students. Spartans Sports camp is operated by the Mountain View High School Athletic Department. Since 2012, the camp has raised over $550,000 for MVHS Athletics.
Requirements
- Worked at SSC in Summer 2025
- Pass background check and Livescan fingerprinting if age 18 or older.
- Provide references upon request.
Responsibilities
- Participate as directed with an enthusiastic and engaging attitude to maintain Spartans Sports Camp culture
- Maintain control of campers during activities, between stations and at lunchtime
- Be present for entire duration of assigned week(s) of camp
- Help promote camp during school year
- Attend ALL training sessions (primarily virtual this year). Employees will be dismissed if they miss trainings without prior approval.
