The Return to Work Program in New York is designed for experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to return to the workforce. This 16-week paid program will run from March to May 2025 and is based at the firm's New York office. We value the life skills and experiences you've gained outside of work and know you can bring a lot to our organization. Whether you've stepped away for personal reasons, professional development, or simply to recharge, this program offers the unique opportunity to reintegrate into the workforce and build on your existing skillset. Program participants will be placed in business units that complement and expand their skills and experiences. In addition to on-the-job placement, participants will receive training, mentorship, and professional development. We welcome highly motivated candidates from a diverse range of industries and skills, and you don't need a background in financial services to have a career with us.
