Responsibilities

• Execution of all activities relating to Mail Opening
• Execution of all activities relating to Service Digitization
• Execution of all activities relating to Configurable Digitization
• Execution of all activities relating to Return for Credit and Salvaging of hearing aid returns.
• Coordination of day-to-day activities with each function of Return Logistics inclusive of troubleshooting.
• Coordination of training and on boarding for Return Logistics.
• Assisting the return Logistics Supervisor and Team leader on special projects.
