About The Position

Produce high-quality retread tires by performing a variety of tasks according to established standards and procedures. Ensure product quality and efficiency through adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or tire industry preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect tire casings to assess condition and determine necessary repairs.
  • Prepare tire casings for retreading by applying rubber compounds and hanging to dry.
  • Operate curing equipment to vulcanize retread tires.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product meets specifications.
  • Trim and paint finished retreads.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
