About The Position

Currently, we are looking for a Retread Technician to join our growing family in Lima, Ohio.

The duties of a retread technician includes but is not limited to:
Ability to produce a high-quality retread by performing specific retreading tasks, as assigned, per Bandag specifications and time standards.
High quality workmanship: keeping supervisor informed of production problems as they occur
General maintenance of specifically assigned equipment and area, in a safe, clean and workable manner
Training of personnel in specific area as assigned by supervisor
Skills to be improved and developed: buffing, initial inspection, certified repair, shipping, and basic tire analysis
Retread Technician Requirements:
Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
Team- Player: Works well as a member of a group.
Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
Must pass a pre-employment background check/drug screen
