The Retoucher is responsible for the retouching and color correction and delivery of photo assets across assigned channels. This individual works as part of a large, high-volume team to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of final assets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting all deadlines appointed without compromising detail or appropriate quality of work
  • Collaborate closely with key internal partners within Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams
  • Directly complete retouching and image editing work across multiple channels
  • Work collaboratively with Creative and Traffic partners to ensure clear understanding of final deliverables, project timelines, and expectations
  • Receive, organize, and manage creative assets, project files, and design deliverables to ensure accurate, on-time, and high-quality deliverables
  • Retouch images for final use (uses: print, digital, ecomm, packaging)
  • Proof images as needed
  • Review work in progress with creative partners for feedback
  • Perform quality checks of work-in-progress as needed to ensure accurate, on-time, and high-quality deliverables
  • Archive final released files according to established standards
  • Support proper asset metadata and tagging
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in a fast corporate environment. Experience in similar roles a plus.
  • Comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required
  • Experience with Capture One preferred
  • Experience working with photo imagery in a creative environment preferred
  • Experience with image editing, asset management, or color management a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; or combination of equivalent education and experience
