About The Position

The Retirement Services District Manager at ADP is responsible for selling Retirement Services 401(k) solutions to both new and existing clients. Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside business-to-business sales experience including prospecting and territory management.
  • Ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills in various formats (paper, in-person, phone).
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver on promises.

Nice To Haves

  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and 63 licensing.

Responsibilities
