About The Position

As the Retirement Services Consultant, you will serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for ProService's Multiple Employer Retirement Plan (MEP). Your mission is to ensure compliance, maintain strong vendor relationships, and deliver superior client service. By leveraging your expertise in 401(k) administration and compliance, you will drive continuous improvement in ProService's retirement offerings while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on support for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Expertise in 401(k) plan administration, including Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs) and ERISA regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer service and foster strong client and vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., UltiPro, HR Pyramid) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor activities for new client onboarding, daily plan administration, and compliance monitoring, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on retirement plans, providing clients and internal teams with expert guidance, problem resolution, and training.
  • Manage all aspects of retirement plan compliance, including year-end reporting, audits, and regulatory filings, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Facilitate educational and enrollment sessions for clients and internal stakeholders to increase understanding and engagement with the Multiple Employer Plan (MEP).
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance retirement plan operations to align with client needs and industry standards.
