What you get to do every day Review pricing information from other costly 401(k) providers in order to provide a competitive comparison for new business Track product request and develop input to contribute to the increasing technology service that Human interest provides to clients Provide educational and insights on various Revenue team meetings Manage a high volume of inbound sales team and implementation team inquiries, over the phone and through email Work with Manager to review process and procedures to optimize team performance Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to answer client inquiries on plan design and product support Drive and bridge client relationships to the implementation stage and sometimes ongoing Identify common issues and trends, driving process improvements to solve them permanently Service a geographically diverse client base Work in a fast-paced startup environment
