About the role The Revenue Core Functions Team is the backbone of the Revenue team and keeps the entire organization running smoothly. As a member of this team, you will act as a force multiplier on the implementation side of an already rapidly-scaling startup, enabling a business that is already exceeding growth targets to expand even faster. You'll own the first hand-off after a customer signs up with Human Interest. You will guide them through the implementation process, ensuring that customers are engaged and happy. Process-driven and people-focused - you are organized, friendly and flexible. And no joke, we go 24,791 mph, so you should be comfortable with change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or retirement industry preferred- i.e. account management, onboarding, sales
  • Working knowledge of the 401(k) product. Experience within 401(k) Implementation/ Onboarding is a bonus
  • You thrive being a part of a team.
  • A “people person” who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
  • A strong work ethic, proactively following up with our customers and keeping them on track
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company where change is a constant
  • Meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing discrepancies that others would miss
  • Ability to manage a queue of plans of your own and also be a contributing member of the onboarding core team
  • Proficient in applications such as Zoom, Gmail, and Microsoft/Google Workspace (Appreciated not required)
  • PST time zone preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support a successful Onboarding of a new client by collecting company and bank information for one or multiple businesses based on ownership
  • Proactively reach out to clients to book the account set-up call
  • Obtain prior recordkeeper documentation and work with the Quality Control team to conduct benefits analysis
  • Work cross-functionally within our organization (specifically with operations and sales) to make sure customer needs are met
  • Drive processes forward, managing internal and external stakeholders to keep our customers engaged, happy, and on-track
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement to help the team scale
  • Confirm billing information for new clients
  • Other duties as assigned
