In addition, responsible for an appreciable level of sales generation activity. Also responsible for mapping and executing the strategic direction of the Retirement Plan Services line of business. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: • Management of a book of RPS accounts and maintenance of the account relationships. Concentration on higher value/larger plan relationships. • For RPS accounts serve as conduit to recordkeeping outsource partner. • Point the creation of plan reviews and prospect presentations and deliver on higher sales goals. • Fulfill sales responsibilities and serve as ERISA/plan expert and advocating the value prop to business partners across the footprint. • Ensure delivery of highest level of client services to RPS plan clients and their participants. • With management of the Wealth Management division, provide assistance in mapping and executing the strategic direction of the Retirement Plan Services line of business. • If assigned, may have responsibility for required IRA maintenance, reporting and documentation.

Requirements

  • Ten plus years of experience regarding qualified plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Additional Cannon or other related ERISA/qualified plan training required.
  • CEBS, CRSP or other similar professional designation required.
