About The Position

Are you a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail? Do you have a passion for the retirement plan business and possess the skill-set to support and enhance our retirement plan advisory programs? We are looking for someone like you to: • Support the day-to-day management of the UBS's Retirement Plan Services business, including the Retirement Plan Consulting Services and Retirement Plan Guided Solutions programs • Execute program management related tasks including but not limited to: developing and maintaining program policies and procedures, conducting pricing reviews, addressing program violations, and supporting platform and service enhancements • Develop and maintain product and marketing resources used by financial advisors to identify appropriate solutions for clients and prospects and present UBS's service offering • Act as key point of contact for day-to-day management of UBS Retirement Plan advisory programs resolving program and tool inquiries from financial advisors and sales team • Provide support in vendor management and plan provider inquiries • Leverage firm systems effectively to run queries and analyze data toplete tasks, make important decisions and monitor key business metrics and trends • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Supervision, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Technology, external vendors) regarding program related issues and activities • Support program development projects and strategic initiatives including analysis of market data, development and monitoring of project plans, and development of presentations for meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • ideally 7+ years financial services industry experience
  • basic understanding of wealth management and retirement plan business, with the desire to increase knowledge quickly
  • effective project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigateplex problems with multiple stakeholders
  • proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically using Excel to manage and analyze large amounts of data and PowerPoint tomunicate effectively
  • active Series 7, 66 licenses (or must be prepared toplete within 120 days of hire)
  • proactive self-starter who follows up on deliverables and makes key observations and strategic rmendations
  • a client service mind-set, and you can anticipate client needs and establish standards, processes and deliverables that exceed expectations
  • effectivemunicator (written and verbal) who can interface with multiple levels throughout theanization
