Responsible for strategy, design, and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and associated employee financial wellness strategy. Manages vendors, directs communication plans, ensures compliance with applicable laws, and monitors the financial performance and efficacy of plans. Oversees annual enrollment and analyzes employee benefit plans to ensure they are cost effective and incorporate employee tools. Coordinates, trains staff and delegates support work. May assist generally with Board and committee materials and collaborate with manager related to Shared Services-related transactional activity.
