The manager oversees annual enrollment and analyzes employee benefit plans to ensure they are cost-effective and incorporate employee tools. Additionally, the position coordinates, trains staff, and delegates support work, while also assisting with Board and committee materials and collaborating with management related to Shared Services-related transactional activity.
